Elena's explanation of "why" is quite interesting (but not surprising if you've read her book, Prosperity Unbound -which I highly recommend by the way). I have not heard of anyone talking about this problem from that angle. I know I personally have not thought about it from that perspective. Please tell us more, Elena!
